Layklo Group was founded by Dan Palfrey, who currently serves as Managing Consultant for the organization.  Dan provides a unique perspective given previous senior and executive leadership roles in life sciences technology commercialization and economic value demonstration.  He is CEO Of Bright Health Solutions Society, and Co-Creator of ASSESS. Dan began his career in the pharmaceutical industry, holding progressive leadership positions in Commercial and Government Relations roles. He then served as Vice President, Commercialization, for what became one of Canada’s leading electronic medical record companies. He led the company from early growth to acquisition by one of Canada’s largest corporations. Most recently he was Director of Industry Partnerships at the Institute of Health Economics. He is Board member of The Health Data Coalition, past Board Member of the Canadian Association for Population Therapeutics, and an Advisor to a number of organizations in the health innovation ecosystem.  Dan holds a Master of Public Health from the University of Alberta, and is a past recipient of the Robert Wood Johnson Award.
